This is a free independent advocacy service offered to people with mental health problem who are aged 65 or over, or adults with a formal diagnosis of early onset dementia. The advocacy service supports people to express their views and wishes, secure their rights and have their interests represented. We accept referrals from the person themselves or anyone who knows them, with their agreement.

Age UK Cambridgeshire is a local charity providing information and services to local people. Our services include day centres, home help, visiting scheme, and mental health advocacy. We also have 3 Information Officers who are committed to finding the answers to your questions. We work with older people to make sure they are consulted and involved when organisations are planning and delivering services. We campaign with and on behalf of older people on matters of concern.

Offers support, guidance and information to carers of people with dementia and those for whom they care. Also offering home visits, support groups and social events to improve health and well being. If you have concerns about Alzheimer's disease or about any other form of dementia, Alzheimer's Society Dementia Helpline can provide information, support, guidance and referrals to other appropriate organisations.

The Counselling Service is available to all students at Anglia Ruskin University and offers a free and confidential service. You may wish to come and talk to us if you are worried, upset, stressed or questioning any aspect of your life, be it personal or study related. You are welcome to come and see us even if you are unsure whether counselling is for you.

Arts and Minds is the working title of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation for the Arts and Mental Health. It was set up to promote and support access to all forms of the arts for mental health service users, learning disabled people and offenders many of whom have mental health issues and some of whom have learning disabilities.

British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) is a registered charity working towards the promotion and regulation of counselling and psychotherapy, both for the profession and the public benefit. With over 30,000 individual and organisational members it is Europe's largest counselling and psychotherapy organisation.

We enable people with and without physical disabilities and/or mental health needs to work together on creative projects. We create art works which both entertain and inform, helping others to understand the experiences, triumphs and needs of people with disabilities. We give people with disabilities opportunities to present their own cases, use their own voices in helping society at large to value them.

Cambridge Group Work is a collection of local group analysts and other psychotherapists interested in applying principles of collaborative exploration in groups. It originally grew out of the pioneering work in social psychiatry at Fulbourn Hospital in the 1970's led by Dr David Clark and other professionals. Cambridge Group Work has since expanded to offer group psychotherapy, supervision, consultancy to organisations, and regular workshops, as well as providing an Introductory Course in Group Analysis and other training.

Our aim is to utilise the recovery model of support for people with mental health needs, providing them with homes or supporting them in their own homes, helping them to meet mutually agreed goals in their individual support plans, and enabling them to live independent lives as far as possible. The level of support will be flexible to meet the changing needs of our service-users.
