October 10th is World MentalHealth Day and this provides an annual opportunity to promote and raise awareness of mental health. National campaigns such as Time to Change, including its Get Moving week, are also celebrated during this week of October. In Cambridgeshire organisations come together to raise awareness of mental health, promote local services and challenge the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health problems.
For 2009 this website will host the central point for coordinating Cambridgeshire World Mental Health Day events, activities and campaigns, including Time to Change and Get Moving events.
